Establish contact with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the most appropriate purchasing plan based on the products they need, their uses, their geographical locations, and previous successful cases. This includes arranging one-on-one sales and technical personnel as special service personnel for the project to provide customers with product consultation anytime and anywhere.

For some customers who are using materials for the first time, our company can provide free sample service of the product if the customer has demand.

We provide a variety of purchase settlement methods, and can provide one-time or batch delivery according to the actual needs of customers.

After the customer receives the product, the dedicated technical staff will still make regular return visits. If there are any problems, they will coordinate with the steel mill to solve them as soon as possible.
